OLIVER T. MOSES, Senior Managing Director
Oliver Moses has spent the last 15 years as a healthcare industry advisor and investor. Prior to joining MTS in early 2006, Mr. Moses was a founding partner of MBF Healthcare Partners, a healthcare focused private equity fund. At MBF, Mr. Moses was responsible for identifying, analyzing, and managing investments on behalf of the fund. Previously, Mr. Moses was a Director in Merrill Lynch's healthcare investment banking group. He joined Merrill Lynch in 1994 and was responsible for advising leading healthcare companies on mergers, acquisitions, and capital structure strategies. During his investment banking career, Mr. Moses raised $6.3 billion for his clients and advised on M&A transactions with an aggregate value of more than $16 billion. Prior to investment banking, Mr. Moses was a securities analyst in Merrill Lynch's equity research department, where he provided coverage of companies in the healthcare services industry. In that role, he was ranked as one of Wall Street's "Up and Comers" by Institutional Investor's All-America Research Team Survey. Mr. Moses holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Bowdoin College. Mr. Moses is currently director of DNA Diagnostics Center, Inc., HealthHelp, LLC, Loving Care Agency, Inc. and Novis Pharmaceuticals, LLC.
