DAVID R. GIBSON, Operating Partner
David Gibson has over 26 years of executive management and professional experience. He has managed and advised both distressed and healthy companies in all aspects of operational and financial improvement and problem solving. Mr. Gibson joined Loving Care Agency, Inc. as Chief Operating Officer in 2010. Previously, Mr. Gibson spent nine years with Gibson & Rechan, LLC, an interim management and restructuring advisory firm he co-founded. Prior to that, he spent nearly eleven years with Alvarez & Marsal, Inc. where he was a Managing Director and provided interim management and company advisory services. He began his career with Arthur Andersen & Company where he was a Manager and CPA, providing M&A due diligence and audit services. He graduated from New York University with a Masters of Arts in Economics and the University of Massachusetts with a Bachelor of Business Administration.
